New year, new focus.
134.5 this morning and I'm feeling awesome! I want to stay there so I need to stay focused and I need to start journaling my food and exercise again. I want to stay there and be at that weight when I have my tummy tuck and breast lift/augmentation in February.
I'm going to give up beer and NO more candy! I need to focus and take everything one day at a time. I'm not going to beat myself up for enjoying food and enjoying life but at the same time, I don't need to eat eleventy billion pieces of candy throughout the day.
