141.0lbs as of this morning and I have got to get back on track!!
Breakfast ~ 3pancakes w/ light butter and syrup - 7pts

lunch ~ lean cuisine - 7pts
I am back to running after my surgery and now I need to lose the 7-8lbs that I have put on. I have to cut back because my eating has been pretty bad lately but at least I'm fully back into my workouts. I really want to get back down to 133-135lbs so that's my goal. That is only 6-8lbs and I know that I can do this.
