I ran the 10k in the Sprint for Cancer this morning and I actually didn't do too bad! My time was 59:10 and the only time I walked was up the "moderate" hill that felt more like Mt. Everest. lol I only walked up about 1/4 of it on the second loop for the 10k. I felt great after the race but my legs are bothering me a bit now.
My food has been HORRIBLE this weekend so I'm not going to even bother posting it for today. I will be back on points tomorrow and hopefully, I can make it through this week without gaining even though it will be month end and I'm sure they will be ordering lunch out all week.
