lunch

- 1 chicken tender - 1 protein
dinner
- 6 oz sirloin, 1 cup broccoli, 1 sweet potato - 2 protein/1 veggie/1 carb/1 condiment
- 1/2 apple w/ 2% cheese - 1/2 fruit and 1 dairy
- 94% fat free popcorn
