I ran 9 miles today. Well, I ran/walked the 9 miles. I did horrible today and felt like an elephant. Oh well. At least I got out and did it and am getting my miles up.

139.5 this morning and I have GOT to get back on program.

I really want to get down to 135 and am thinking about doing the abs diet to help me lose some of the fat on my belly. The book for the diet is only $10 so i just need to go buy it.

Tomorrow, I'm going to start journaling my food again. I want to stay below 140 but my ultimate goal is to maintain at 135 and I really think i can do it.
