I was 133lbs this morning. I haven't been journaling my food but I'm actually doing really good with my eating. My only problem has been that I've been getting a bagel from Einstein Bros. every morning and that needs to stop. I haven't been able to run much in the past couple of weeks because of the holidays and work but I plan on starting back full force next week. :)

New year, new focus.

134.5 this morning and I'm feeling awesome! I want to stay there so I need to stay focused and I need to start journaling my food and exercise again. I want to stay there and be at that weight when I have my tummy tuck and breast lift/augmentation in February.

I'm going to give up beer and NO more candy! I need to focus and take everything one day at a time. I'm not going to beat myself up for enjoying food and enjoying life but at the same time, I don't need to eat eleventy billion pieces of candy throughout the day.

I really want to get down to 135 and am thinking about doing the abs diet to help me lose some of the fat on my belly. The book for the diet is only $10 so i just need to go buy it.

Tomorrow, I'm going to start journaling my food again. I want to stay below 140 but my ultimate goal is to maintain at 135 and I really think i can do it.

Um, I can't believe this but I was 139.0 this morning! Wooooo hoooo!!!!!!! I was so excited when I saw that number! I did ok with my food today even though I've been really slack with tracking points.

Yesterday I ran 6.5 miles so I"m sure that helped my weigh in this morning.

We ran the horse trai today and I ended up doing almost 7 miles. My knees are bothering me a bit from running downhill so much and I slightly twisted my ankle but at least that feels ok now.

My food wasn't that great today, of course but I'm going to be back on the ball tomorrow because I bought a size 6 pants today from NY&CO and I want to stay in them!

Ok, so no much food journaling going on here. I've been such a slacker lately but still maintaining at 144lbs. This week hasn't been too bad but I've just been lazy with the journaling and need to get better. I was supposed to run a race tomorrow with my mom but now she's in the hospital after having a TIA or mini stroke. She's ok but I don't think we'll be going tomorrow. I also need to work tomorrow so I'm going to try to run after work and maybe do the horse trail again on Sunday. I want to get my mileage up to between 8-9 miles for my long runs and maintain that through the summer. I also want to get my easy runs up to 5 miles since I've been holding steady at around 4miles lately.

142.5 this morning which I'm pretty happy with considering how much I ate last night.

I ran 8.8 miles yesterday at Little Mulberry Park, which was nice and I felt ok for the most part. I did struggle a little bit at the end and walked more than I would have liked on the last loop but at least I did it.

I'm going to try to keep my food in check today so I can have a good weigh in tomorrow. Also, I'm starting to think I might need new clothes again. My 8's are getting a bit baggy but I'm worried that 6's are going to be too tight.

I don't know what I weighed this morning because I was afraid to get on the scale. Yesterday I was 145.5 but I am close to starting my period so I'm hoping that I'm retaining water.

We're going to The Melting Pot for dinner tonight so my food will be pretty bad tonight but I am going to journal what I eat for the rest of the day.

I was 141.0 yesterday morning and 142.0 this morning! Holy cow! At least being sick paid off for something. Now I just need to stay down here and be very diligent with my food. I know I can keep it down AND make it to 140 in no time. :)

Yesterday, my mom and I ran the horse trail at little mulberry. We also ended up doing one loop around the lake so we completed 6.2 miles total. I love doing that trail because it's also a lot of hiking/steep hills and the time just goes by so quickly. I'm thinking of doing an easy 3-4 mile jog around the neighborhood today and we're going to the pool later so I should get plenty of exercise in. I'm also doing a 5k tomorrow. There is a 10k at that race, too but I'm just not sure I'm in the mood for a 10k so I'll probably just stick with the 5k. The last race I ran was at the same place that the race tomorrow is so I'd like to beat my pititful time of 28:23.

I also forgot to update that I ran 3.88 miles last night. I ran a little slower than my 5k race pace and felt awesome the whole time. I plan on running again on Wednesday night and probably on Saturday and Sunday, too. I don't have any races this weekend so I'm going to try and get a long run in on Sunday. I ran a 5k this morning in Snellville and had my best time yet! 27:41!!! The course was rolling hills but they really weren't too bad and even though I was running at a pretty good pace, I felt like I was going so slow.

We're going to the Melting Pot for our anniversary tonight so I know that my food isn't going to be great but I'm (hopefully) going to get back on points on Monday. I did weigh in at 146.5 this morning so the scale is still going down or maintaining for the most part.

I did it! [/Dora]

I ran the 10k in the Sprint for Cancer this morning and I actually didn't do too bad! My time was 59:10 and the only time I walked was up the "moderate" hill that felt more like Mt. Everest. lol I only walked up about 1/4 of it on the second loop for the 10k. I felt great after the race but my legs are bothering me a bit now.

My food has been HORRIBLE this weekend so I'm not going to even bother posting it for today. I will be back on points tomorrow and hopefully, I can make it through this week without gaining even though it will be month end and I'm sure they will be ordering lunch out all week.

I'm supposed to be running a 10k (6.2 miles for those of you that don't know) on 4.28 and I've been slightly nervous about it because I haven't had a long run in awhile. Well, I decided to run the 6.2 miles tonight around my neighborhood and see how I'd do. I ended up at 1:09 so not too bad. I definitely think that I can do this now but hopefully, I won't be hurting too badly tomorrow.

In other news, we finally got rocking chairs for our front porch and I'm ecstatic. I've wanted rocking chairs since we moved in 3 years ago and now I finally have them. We also got new lights for the front porch (on either side of the front door) and they look awesome AND they were cheap. I love Lowe's! We are going back soon to get a new light for over the kitchen table and a faucet for the 1/2 bath.

3rd place and a PR!

Ok, so I know that I haven't journaled my food since Friday but it hasn't been too pretty. Not a big deal because I'm still controlling my portions but I am back OP today. :)

To back up a bit...Friday night, my mom and I ran the Loganville Scholarship run, which is a night race on a very flat course and flat it was! I managed to shave 30 seconds off my time from last week and ended up at 29:25 which, much to my surprise, happened to win me 3rd place! My first time placing! I really think I could have done better, too, but I was really pacing myself in the beginning.

Ok, now onto food for today. I'm going to be good this week so I can drop another pound or two. I really do want to meet my goal of 140 and I think I can do that by June 15th. I definitely want to be there by the time we go to the beach in July. I want to feel confident in a bathing suit for the first time in my life. I'm also going to go for a run today. I'm hoping to hit 5.5miles and I'm going to slow my pace down a bit. Yesterday, I didn't manage to do a thing because Lindsey was sick all day so I pretty much just held her on the couch.
