146.5 this morning!! Woo Hoo! I did so well yesterday and felt so great!

I also forgot to update that I ran 3.88 miles last night. I ran a little slower than my 5k race pace and felt awesome the whole time. I plan on running again on Wednesday night and probably on Saturday and Sunday, too. I don't have any races this weekend so I'm going to try and get a long run in on Sunday. I'd like to bump up to between 6-7 miles.
