I was 168 yesterday but I did drink beer last night so I'm hoping that's the reason for the gain.

Fri - full body workout + 3.2 miles
Sat - 5.4 miles
Sunday - ran 8.2 miles

breakfast

lunch
- lean cuisine - 5pts

snack
- fat free yogurt w/ strawberries and granola - 3pts

dinner
- ff refried beans - 3pts

total - 16pts
no activity due to major back pain. Ugh, my lower back hurts so bad right now.
