Food for 1/15/2013

I didn't weight myself this morning but will do that tomorrow.

Breakfast

~ 1/2 banana

Morning snack
~ pineapple - 1 cup

Lunch
~ Lean cuisine baked chicken

Afternoon snack
~ special K bar

Dinner
~ whole wheat thin spaghetti w/ meat sauce
~ 1 cheesey bread
~ 2 small glasses of wine
~ skinny cow chocolate bar
